According to Famitsu, Tekken Tag Tournament 2: Wii U Edition is the cream of the third-party crop.

Nintendo is trying hard to get quality third-party support for the Wii U, and it looks like they're doing a pretty good job. Well respected Japanese publication Famitsu has given their verdict on the system's third-party games, and the scores speak for themselves.

For those of you who aren't aware, Famitsu gives scores on a scale of 1-40. Four reviewers rate each game from 1 to 10, then they add the scores together for the total. Here's a quick breakdown.

-FIFA World Class Soccer (a.k.a. FIFA 13) – 9/10/8/8 [35/40]
-Mass Effect 3 Special Edition  – 9/10/8/9 [36/40]
-Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate – 9/9/8/9 [35/40]
-Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge – 9/9/8/9 [35/40]
