Publisher XSEED Games has announced that the Wii-exclusive Pandora's Tower will be released in North America on Tuesday, April 16th, 2013.
The action RPG tells the story of a singer named Elena who is slowly transforming into a monster as the result of a curse. Players take on the role of an ex-mercenary named Aeron who battles his way through thirteen towers filled with enemies and beasts as he tries to reverse Elena's transformation. Pandora's Tower was co-developed by Ganbarion and Nintendo exclusively for the Wii, and has a Metacritic average of 74 as of this writing. Since the Wii U is backwards compatible with Wii games, RPG fans might want to take a look at what it has to offer.
