Wii U may be getting three more casual games, including Jeopardy!

The Wii was inundated with casual games, much to the chagrin of many gamers. A NeoGAF user recently posted a list of Wii U games he got from a "distribution channel for video games," and three of the titles are anything but "hardcore." The first is Jeopardy!, another video game iteration of the long-running game show, and the second is Wheel of Fortune, another old favorite. These two might turn out okay as there have been some decent versions of both in the past, but the third game is another story. Said third game is Family Party: 30 Great Games Obstacle Arcade, yet another entry in the Family Party series. None of the previous games have a full Wikipedia entry, which should give you some idea of how unpopular the series is. This latest one is yet another mini-game compilation. Translation: shovelware.

Since Jeopardy! is one of the topics of this post, I thought I'd give our readers something to think about. The Wii U's CPU features "the same processor technology found in Watson," the supercomputer that recently beat the grandmasters of Jeopardy! Now it appears the console will be getting a version of the very game that made Watson famous. Interesting.
