LEGO The Lord of the Rings is in development for just about every platform, but a Wii U version has not been announced. However, there is a Wii version in development, and it will be released on October 30th. Seeing as how the Wii U is backwards compatible with Wii games, it's worth taking a look at what it has to offer.
The development team working on LEGO The Lord of the Rings have released two videos giving a behind the scenes look at how they are adapting the movies to the world of LEGO while remaining faithful to the source material. They say this is their biggest game yet, and judging from the videos, I'd say they're right. Videos after the break.
