Nintendo of America has announced via their Facebook page that they be holding a Nintendo Direct presentation tomorrow at 7AM Pacific Time/10 AM Eastern. The statement says they will be focusing on Nintendo 3DS games that will be coming out during the holiday season, but they also hinted there will be some 2013 games showcased as well.
Nintendo: "Tune in to Nintendo.com tomorrow at 7AM PT for a new Nintendo Direct! We’ll be taking an in-depth look at several announced Nintendo 3DS games coming this holiday season, and there might even be a sneak peek at a few 2013 titles!"
It isn't clear if the Nintendo Direct for North America will mention the Wii U at all, but according to Silicon Era, the Big N will also be holding a Nintendo Direct presentation in Japan tomorrow which will feature 3DS and Wii U games, so we should get some sort of Wii U news tomorrow.

The announcement simply says "tune in to Nintendo.com at 7 AM PT," so I'm assuming there will be some sort of link to the broadcast from the main page when it begins.
