According to The Verge, Marvel and developer Beenox are working on a Wii U version of The Amazing Spider-Man. The game will have all of the same content as the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions, including all of the DLC. The title will reportedly offer extra functionality by taking advantage of the GamePad's unique features. The touchscreen will be used to navigate the Osphone, the in-game menu which allows players to chart paths from one area of the city to another, and there will also be optional motion controls.
