Japanese commercial calls Wii U the "Super Wii"

Japanese commercial says Wii U is "Super Wii"

Here's a Japanese commercial for the Wii U which refers to the console as the "Super Wii." A lot of gamers are saying it sounds better than the official name for the system and some are even suggesting Nintendo should change it. Anyway, the commercial features a pretty good amount of gameplay footage and uses the ultra-recognizable Super Mario Bros. theme as background music. If you ask me, this commercial is way better than the ones we're getting here in the U.S. with the generic dubstep music. Video after the break.

  1. I still wish they would have called it "Future Nintyendo" which would have given us game tiyles like "Future Metroid." But www.superwiionly.com would have been sweet, too.
