Indie Developer Broken Rules is currently working on a Wii U eShop title called Chasing Aurora, which is described as "the first game in a series of 2D aerial action games about the dream of flight." According to Nintendo's launch lineup press release, it will be released in November. Here is the latest gameplay video which introduces the 4 player "Hide and Seek" mode.
