Developer Shin'en Multimedia have announced that all of their eShop games are currently on sale in North America with a 30% discount. Here's the official word straight from Twitter:

Shin'en's games include Nano Assault Neo on the Wii U, and the 3DS titles Nano Assault EX, Nano Assault Neo, Fun! Fun! Minigolf TOUCH! and Art of Balance TOUCH! The company didn't say when the sale will end, so be sure and start downloading as soon as possible if any of their games interest you.
