Two Brothers - Official Trailer #2

It looks as though battles will be in real-time, not turn-based.

A few months ago, indie developer Ackkstudios announced that their upcoming RPG Two Brothers was coming to the Wii U eShop in 2013. The game is also in development for the Xbox 360, PC, and OS X.

The title is designed in the style of a monochromatic Game Boy game, and features gameplay reminiscent of Secret of Mana and the 2D Legend of Zelda games. Players will take on the role of Roy Guarder as he sets out to discover a new color on Earth after having a near-death experience in which he catches a glimpse of an afterlife filled with color.

Acckstudios has released a new trailer for the game, and many viewers have noted that it bears quite a resemblance to The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening, one of the most critically acclaimed Game Boy games of all time. Video after the break.
