Level-5 recently revealed their new project Wonder Flick, an RPG for the Wii U, PS3, PS4, Xbox One, PS Vita, iOS, and Android. They announced the role-playing game will rely on touch controls and supports cross-platform saving, a feature known as "Uniplay." A number of key figures in the Final Fantasy series are involved, including Nao Ikeda, who is designing the characters, and composer Nobuo Uematsu, who is creating the music.
A new Japanese trailer has just been released for the PS4 version which shows off some gameplay, including a brief look at how the combat system will work. While the footage shown is for Sony's next console, the Wii U version should be pretty much the same. Video after the break.
