Batman: Arkham Origins - First 70 minutes of gameplay footage (Wii U version)

Batman fighting with enemies in Arkham Origins

Batman: Arkham Origins was released just a few days ago, and so far the reviews have been mostly positive. As of this writing, the Xbox 360 version currently has a Metacritic average of 75 based on 27 reviews. The consensus is that it's a very solid game just like its predecessors, but doesn't really bring anything new to the table.

So far, there haven't been a whole lot of reviews specifically addressing the Wii U version, and Metacritic doesn't have a single one yet. However, there are four customer reviews on Amazon and they all give it five stars, the highest rating possible. It's worth nothing that it doesn't have the online multiplayer featured on the other platforms, but it costs $10 less on Nintendo's console to make up for it, which should come as some consolation.

YouTube user Tilmen of NiNTENDOMiNATiON has been playing the Wii U version and has uploaded almost 70 minutes of gameplay footage. If you want to see how well it performs on the system, this is your chance. Video after the break.
