Wii U eShop updates - 8/28/14 (North America)

There is a ton of activity on the North American Wii U eShop this week. Two modern games have arrived, two classics can be yours for a few bucks, free DLC can be downloaded for Mario Kart 8, new tables are coming to Zen Pinball 2, and there is a sale on some popular Capcom titles, and a permanent discount on Splinter Cell: Blacklist.
