Today, Warner Bros. announced Game Party Champions, a Wii U exclusive title. The game is yet another mini game compilation, which includes ping pong, skill ball, table hockey and scoot shoot. there are three different modes of play including Quick Play, Story Mode, and Party mode. Naturally, it will be a multiplayer game, and that is supposed to be the main draw.
All three of the previous entries in the series were harshly criticized. For reference, they received Metacritic scores of 25, 29, and 37...out of 100. Well, at least the score improved with each one. Maybe this one will break 40!
With today's announcement, the Wii U is set to launch with three mini game compilations: NintendoLand, Rabbids Land, and Game Party Champions. While the first two will likely be well received everyone knows how the WB's game will turn out, including the big N. Seriously, Nintendo. Use some discretion before licensing developers.
Nintendo confirmed the box art is "finalized." Yay?
