Wii U doesn't have system-wide accomplishments
The Wii U will support its own version of achievements, but it won't be system-wide. Nintendo has left it up to developers to decide if they want to implement them in their games, and so far, it appears most companies are choosing to do so. Developer 5th Cell has posted a comment on NeoGAF explaining how it works.
There are no Wii U accomplishments that are system wide. They are up to the developers to include or not include. Scribblenauts Unlimited loosely has them in the form of "Global Starite Shards" which is like a giant checklist of global things to spawn and do in the game that aren't area specific.
