Mighty Switch Force! HD is a Wii U eShop launch day title, and if you aren't familiar with it, you should be. It's an enhanced port of the 3DS eShop title, Mighty Switch Force!, which received very good reviews when it was released late last year. The game is a side-scrolling puzzle-platformer where you control a female police offer named Patricia Wagon as she runs, jumps, and blasts her way through puzzles and enemies.
The Wii U version features all 21 levels of the original, but it also features new "Hyper" versions of each stage, which are much more difficult. Developer WayForward is the same team who created Contra 4, so if you're looking for a challenge, I'm sure this is one title that delivers. In case you're wondering about pricing, the game can be yours to download for $9.99.
