Alex Neuse of Gaijin Games has confirmed that BIT.TRIP Presents: Runner 2 Future Legend of Rhythm Alien will be released on the European eShop tomorrow, April 11th. Wii U owners in Australia will have to wait a longer as the game's release in the region has been delayed due to issues with the local ratings board.
The EU release is tomorrow at 3pm!
Unfortunately, the Australian release is delayed, due to rating board issues.

Runner 2 has been available in North America for a few months now and has received excellent reviews. It is currently has a Metacritic average of 92% based on 7 reviews. You can watch IGN's video review here.
