The Wii to Wii U transfer tool is now available on the Wii Shop. If you're planning on transferring system data from your Wii to your shiny new Wii U, you can start downloading said tool at your convenience. GoNintendo is reporting that it takes up 69 blocks. It can be found under the Wii Channels section of the store.
