Last May, roughly 30 million Skylanders toys had been purchased by kids, parents, and gamers of all ages. While that sounds quite impressive, that number has tripled over the past 9 months. More than 100 million figures were sold through the end of the last quarter of the year, with Skylanders: Giants providing a boost in sales. Activision is said to have made more than $500 million in revenue from the franchise, with the Giants providing 40% of that income.
