A NeoGAF user has posted a claim that developers now have access to the Wii U dashboard, and says there had been a placeholder there until recently. The dashboard's appearance is said to be very similar to the Wii dashboard but has "some elements from the 3DS one." He goes on to say that it's "not a revolution as some may have expected, but it's doing its job + may not be final yet." The user also claims that some services, including the new Miiverse social network, are not yet accessible to Wii U developers.
