Batman: Arkham Asylum Armored Edition Wii U box art

Batman: Arkham City Armored Edition looks like it's going to be the definitive version of the Caped Crusader's successful game. It will be using the Wii U GamePad in a number of ways to enhance the experience, includes all of the downloadable content on disc, and both the Dark Knight and Catwoman will have new armored costumes. Warner Bros. announced it would be a launch day title in North America, but it had been previously listed as a launch window title for Europe. Today, the company has confirmed that the game will be a launch day title in Europe as well.

Warner Bros. put together a video that shows how the Wii U version takes advantage of the console's high tech controller, and if you haven't seen it yet, you should definitely check it out. Video after the break.
