Trine 2: Director's Cut is available on the Wii U eShop for $19.99. The sidescrolling action/puzzle game from developer Frozenbyte was originally released almost a year ago for the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC. The Wii U version features an all-new level that is exclusive to the platform, and also has a new Magic Mayhem mode. The Goblin Menace expansion pack is included, which has six additional levels along with some new skills and puzzles. Trine 2 allows three players to team up locally or online for co-op play, so if you're looking for a game to play with some friends, you might want to consider buying it.
We haven't seen any reviews for Trine 2: Director's Cut yet, but seeing as how the game is pretty much like the other versions with some extra bells and whistles, I figured it would be a good idea to post a video review to give all of you an idea of what it has in store for those who download it.
