Pelikan13 is a Greek developer which consists of one man. He is currently working on The 90's Arcade Racer, a game which is inspired by arcade classics like Daytona USA and Sega Rally. The Kickstarter for the project is doing fairly well - it has a goal of £10,000, and is currently at £8,486 with 19 days to go.

The initial plan was to bring it to the PC, Mac, and Linux, but Pelikan 13 had expressed interest in getting it on the Wii U eShop. He has now revealed that he is no longer working alone and dropped a hint that it will be coming to Nintendo's new platform:

Since the project went live there have been some very exciting developments that I can't talk about yet but the game could be heading for the TV. This is not a one person project anymore and I hope U Wiil stay tuned for more news. In the meantime I've added a couple more screenshots on the main page.
