Here's a video from IGN which shows around 10 minutes of gameplay footage of the Wii U version of Need for Speed: Most Wanted. Creative Director Alex Ward discusses the work that went in to the port, and he has some interesting information. For one, he describes the console as "a very powerful piece of hardware" and says the Wii U version "by far" the best-looking console version. The title supports the GamePad, Wii Remote and Nunchuk, as well as the Pro Controller. Miiverse support has been confirmed, and there will be a demo available for players to try out.
