Game Informer has published their review for Lego City: Undercover. It was written by Jeff Cork, who gave it an impressive 8.5 out of 10. Cork says the game is "one of the funniest games he's played in a while" and has "moderately high" replay value. The platforming is said to be a weak spot, but the review praises developer TT Fusion's use of the Wii U GamePad. Here is an excerpt:
It isn’t perfect, but I can’t think of another Wii U game that I’d recommend more than Lego City Undercover. It’s the most interesting and highly polished game in TT Games’ large repertoire, and it fills an important game gap. Now kids (and their parents) can tool around in a big town where people smile even as you almost run them over in an ice-cream truck.

Just a reminder - the game is scheduled for release in the U.S. on March 18th, and Europe on March 28th. Nintendo has uploaded a new TV commercial for the game to their YouTube channel. You can watch it after the break.
