Full Mojo Rampage could come to Wii U

A few years ago, developer Over The Top delivered the puzzle-platformer NyxQuest: Kindred Spirits on WiiWare, which was well received. The company is currently working on an exploration/action game called Full Mojo Rampage in which players take control of a Voodoo keeper and collect voodoo dolls and mojos as they traverse each stage. Mojos are used to boost strength and also craft new powers. The title uses an algorithm to create levels, ensuring that no level will be the same on subsequent playthroughs.

Full Mojo Rampage is currently in closed alpha on PC, and will be available as an open alpha in a few months to those who have pre-ordered. Over The Top have stated in their blog that if all goes well, they'll look into bringing it to other platforms including the Wii U. Here's an excerpt from the game's official website.

Full Mojo Rampage is a fast-paced exploration and action game that takes place within the confines of the Voodoo reality. In this realm only the most powerful rites and powers can provide a safeguard against evil. It includes cooperative and competitive gameplay, so you can enjoy the game in different ways with your friends. We are currently working with Windows/PC as the main platform, and maybe, if it makes sense, we will port it to Xbox 360, PS3 and WiiU in the future (ok, and maybe Xbox 720 and PS4!).

The game will be priced at $15 on PC, and would mostly likely be an eShop title. You can visit the game's official website here.
