Shovel Knight confirmed for Wii U and 3DS
Last week, we posted an article about Shovel Knight, an NES-style platformer from indie developer Yacht Club Games. The studio had said that they were hoping to bring the game to the Wii U or 3DS, and their Kickstarter campaign got off to a running start.
It appears that Yacht Club Games has now confirmed that it is on its way to both of Nintendo's platforms. The image you see above was posted on the company's official Twitter feed, which shows some promotional material for their upcoming display at PAX East next week. If you look at the bottom of the two banners, you can see logos for the Wii U, 3DS, and Steam (Valve's digital distribution service for the PC).
