Chasing Aurora is an indie game that was announced at E3 for the Wii U eShop, but it seems to have gone largely unnoticed. According to the official website it will be "the first game in a series of 2D aerial action games about the dream of flight." It is scheduled for a 2012 release, so it should be available at launch or shortly after. The developer is none other than Broken Rules, the same team who created the highly praised And Yet It Moves for WiiWare, which attained a Metacritic average of 83. Chasing Aurora was available to play at PAX Prime, and the staff of Polygon managed to get an interview with the developer's CEO, Felix Bohatsch. You can check out the game's trailer along with the interview after the break.
